OrderMerge is operated by AppEcho Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our merchants ("you") and your customers.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Merchant Information: Your shop name, shop URL, and email address.
• Order Data: We access your order information (Customer names, shipping addresses, order IDs, and timestamps) solely to identify potential duplicates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Duplicate Detection: To scan your open orders and match Customer IDs and addresses to flag potential duplicate shipments.
• App Functionality: To authenticate your access to the App and manage your subscription.

3. Data Retention and Storage

We prioritize data minimization. OrderMerge operates as a "live" application. We do not store your customers' personal information (PII) such as names or addresses in our own permanent databases. Data is fetched from Shopify's API in real-time for comparison and displayed in your browser. We only store session tokens and billing status to maintain your login state.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our App (such as Vercel for hosting and Supabase for session management), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have certain rights regarding your personal information. Since we act as a Data Processor, please direct data subject requests (access, deletion) to Shopify, and Shopify will forward the necessary webhook requests to us. We comply with all Shopify redaction requests immediately.
