OrderMerge is operated by AppEcho Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the OrderMerge app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderMerge is a Shopify Application designed to identify potential duplicate orders based on customer data. The Service acts strictly as an informational tool. It does not automatically merge orders, refund payments, or alter inventory unless explicitly directed by the user.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (every 30 days). Billing is handled directly by Shopify. We do not process payments or store credit card information. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion, in accordance with Shopify's billing policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Specifically, we are not liable for:

• Errors in shipping decisions made based on the Service's alerts.
• Failure to detect a duplicate order due to API downtime or data inconsistencies.
• Any costs associated with return shipping or customer support interactions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
